My Swimrun Championships

The My SwimRun Championships series is aimed at athletes who are interested in all distances, such as Sprint, Standard, Half Marathon, Marathon and now Ultra distances. The cooperation of leading events in different countries provides local taste and culture with local authentic organisers.

According to Andreas Sachs, Director of MySwimrunChampionships, "the Championships are held annually for each distance at a different location, which gives athletes the chance to race based on different personal strengths. The different locations feature local races with different flavours, local smells and culture".

My SwimRun Championships is expanding to include Ultra distances and will now be held in 10 countries with 12 events.

In response to the growing trend towards new adventures and longer distances, My SwimRun Championships has decided to venture into the sector of Ultra distances.

The 7th edition of SwimRun Kuopio offers a unique 53 km adventure through the untamed Finnish wilderness, all at reasonable prices.

Additionally, the award-winning Love SwimRun event in Llanberis, North Wales, will further solidify its presence in the rapidly expanding UK market.

Love SwimRun provides a stunning adventure in ancient woodlands with Welsh history, set against the breathtaking summits of Snowdon.

The My SwimRun World Championships for 2024 goes to

· Ultra: Kuopio, Finland, 13th of July

· Marathon: Immeln, Sweden, 17th of August

· Halfmarathon: Troia/Portugal, 21 1st of April

· Sprint: SwimRun Cote d’Azur, 20th October

For 2024, the individual championships can be registered by qualified athletes only, with the exception of the new Ultra distance.

About 350 athletes are qualified. All events 2024 are qualifier events for 2025.
